Artiva is an AI image generation app operated at artivalab.com. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Image generation consumes credits (1 credit per image). Credits are granted by your plan: Free (3/month), Basic ($6.99/month, 150 credits), Premium ($12/month, 300 credits) or Premium Yearly ($129/year, 3600 credits). Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. If a generation fails, the credit is refunded automatically. Credits have no cash value.
Credits are valid only for the period in which they are granted and do not carry over. On the Free, Basic and Premium monthly plans, any credits you have not used expire at the end of each monthly period and are replaced by that period's new allowance; on Premium Yearly, the 3600 credits are granted for the subscription year and any unused balance expires at the end of that year. A period runs from the moment its credits are granted — your signup date on the Free plan, your Apple billing date on a paid plan — and not from the first day of the calendar month. If your subscription ends, is cancelled, refunded or revoked, any unused credits expire at that point, and Free plan credits begin again one month later. Expired credits are not refundable and cannot be restored.
You must own or have rights to the images you upload. You may not use Artiva to create unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, including non-consensual imagery of real people. You own the artwork you generate, to the extent permitted by law. You grant us a non-exclusive license to display generated artwork (never your uploaded photos) inside the app, for example in the featured/trending feed; contact us to have a creation removed. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.
The service is provided "as is"; generation results are produced by AI models and are not guaranteed to be accurate or fit for any purpose. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
